Bank of A. took 350.00 from my check and i was unable to pay my mortgage

I am so upset with boa. i talke d with 6 different managers and none of them would refund any of my money back. I have direct deposit and they just took my money. I have already signed up with my job to cancel my direct deposit and i will be closing my account with boa. and joining my credit untion. My credit union gave me my auto loan, a cd to build my credit and other things. boa has done nothing for me but hold my money and charge me fees. Something needs to be done about the amount they charge people for fees. 35.00 is just highway robbery. It should at least be 5.00-bank of america is in business for big business and not the little folk like me. They will never do me this way again.

Every time I would speak to a different employee I'd get another different excuse.  I last was in the bank trying to resolve the problem today.  When I walk in, I was greeted with a very nasty "What do you want today?"  Isn't it apparent that I want my money back?  These people don't even try to assist in this matter, in fact they treat you like you are trying to rip them off!

50% of my check is garnished for child support and alimony.  I had one 5$ overdraft and ended up with $140 in overdraft fees!  I called to no avail.
